It’s easy! You can reserve securely from our website, by calling our office on 01887 827691 or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. A 20% initial deposit is required to secure the reservation and will be taken from the total balance owed. Your final balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. If you make the reservation within 8 weeks of check-in, the total balance is due.
A credit or debit card is required for all reservations and the initial deposit payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. The final payment may be paid by credit or debit card or bank transfer.
The price quoted is the price you pay, however sometimes accidents do happen and a list of charges for any unfortunate and rather rare accidents or damages can be found under our T&Cs.
Yes, there is plenty of free parking available in our allocated area on the property.
If you must, you may cancel your reservation in writing up to 8 weeks before your arrival date. Please email us at email@example.com to notify us of your cancellation. A full breakdown of our cancelation policy is found under our T&Cs.
If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please call or email us. Please note that changes to your reservation may affect your individual rates as we operate a minimum occupancy policy for each property.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, all of our accommodation capacity has been reduced to 8 people maximum, regardless of the size of the property. Outside of these restrictions, the usual capacity of each property can we found below:
- Farmhouse – 25 people
- Bunkhouse – 20 people
- Cabin – 20 people
- Cottage – 16 people
- Ben Lawers Chalet – 10 people
Check-in time begins at 4:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00am on your departure day. Our on-site team is available around the clock to personally check you in and out. You may request an early check-in or late check-out by emailing us up to a week before arrival to see if your unit will be ready early and whether we are able to accommodate a late check-out
One of our friendly staff members will meet your group upon arrival and show you to your accommodation. In certain instances where it is not possible or necessary for your group to be personally shown to the property, detailed instructions will be emailed to you with access details included for the property.
We do not offer a housekeeping service during a guest’s stay at Boreland Loch Tay, but properties are cleaned thoroughly between guest stays.
Every property is prepared with fresh bedding before your stay. Towels can be added to your booking for a charge of £5 per towel. If you do not wish to bring your own towels please call or email us and we will add it to your booking.
Your property will be stocked with coffee, tea and sugar.
Each of our properties includes an outdoor space with a bonfire pit and a BBQ. If your stay includes a BBQ experience, BBQ charcoal is included and there an allocated amount of fire logs are included too.
Every property is equipped with a refrigerator. Every property apart from the Bunkhouse is equipped with a dishwasher.
No catering is provided at Boreland Loch Tay and breakfast is not provided but our kitchen facilities are excellent for large groups to self-cater.
All of our properties include a BBQ, and charcoal can be provided on arrival for an additional cost. Utensils are included in every property.
BBQ packs are available to purchase for £15pp.

Yes – you can arrange for an online supermarket order to be delivered and we will ensure it reaches you in your property.
We do not have a restaurant or pub on site, but different options can be found within the villages of Kenmore or Aberfeldy, just a short drive away.
We have five properties on our site here at Boreland Loch Tay and each property is self contained with all its own facilities. Family celebrations, hen and stag weekends and corporate events can all take place onsite at the same time with no disruption. A wedding party would normally book out the whole site for exclusive use.
Children of all ages are more than welcome! We ask that you are respectful of your neighbours by not allowing children to run around other properties or make excessive noise.
While we are pet lovers ourselves, we operate a no pets allowed policy in most of our accommodation, for the comfort of some of our guests who may have allergies. Should you wish to bring a pet please contact us in advance for permission. Should we grant such permission a cleaning fee will apply. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further information.
Each of our properties is equipped with a first aid kit.
As our properties are purely self catering, there may not always be a member of staff present. We would ask that all groups have a responsible person present, who would contact the relevant emergency service in the event of an emergency.
